"Sweetbreeze's Champagne" was donated to Guide Dogs for the Blind in San Rafael, CA at 8 weeks of age where he graduated with the help of his 4-H puppy raiser and trainer. Champagne has been a working guide dog for Ms Janet Flinner-Kelley for about 10 years. Janet is a retired school teacher who lives in the Olympia, WA, area and still loves to visit local schools to teach school children about working guide dogs. Janet is an amazing woman; though legally blind every year she sends me hand written Christmas cards that include "Champagne updates". Return to Home Page |
